Kelly Clarkson

KellyKelly Clarkson, in full Kelly Brianne Clarkson, (born April 24, 1982, Fort Worth, Texas, U.S.), American artist, singer, as well as a TV personality, who was able to establish herself as a pop rock star following her win in the TV talent show American Idol at the age of 22 in. Clarkson was raised in Burleson Texas (a town located just outside in Fort Worth), where her singing abilities were first recognized by her seventh grade class teacher. After graduating from high school, Clarkson was transferred towards Los Angeles, where she failed to make it into the show business. Returning in Texas in 2002, she took part in the FOX Broadcasting Company's American Idol. This singing contest allowed the audience to choose their top performer. The viewers were in love with Clarkson's strong voice, charisma, and humour. The prize she won was $1million and a recording deal with RCA.
